The quality scale slider controls rendering resolution. At 2x, each page is rendered at double resolution for crisp images. Use 3x for print-quality output, or 1x for smaller file sizes.
No hard limit. Processing happens in your browser using pdf.js. Very large PDFs (100+ pages) may be slow depending on your device. Each page is converted one at a time to manage memory.
